At Natural Products Bazaar.com, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. After you receive your products from us you have fourteen days to decide to return it if you are not completely satisfied.

If you do wish to return it, please return the product and you will be issued with a credit note or refund, equal to the value of the goods returned. All goods for return must be made available for collection in the original packaging and the same condition as when they were delivered.

Product Delivery - mainland UK and overseas Delivery within mainland UK is free on all orders, except for some northern Scotland postcodes (KW, PA and IV) for which there will be a small surcharge. You will be advised of this before your order is confirmed.

Natural Products Bazaar will attempt to deliver all goods within fourteen days. If this is not possible, we will contact you directly to make a satisfactory arrangement.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands can be via our in- house supply team, Bankside Distribution, or we can deliver free to a nominated mainland UK address. Shipping from that point is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us to make such arrangements.
